研究了不同石墨颗粒含量对AZ91镁合金基复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在所研究的范围内

Abstract

Effects of different graphite particle contents on friction and wear behavior of AZ91 magnesium matrix composites were investigated. The results show that friction and wear behavior of the composites is obviously superior to that of the matrix alloy at an investigated range. With graphite particle content increasing from 5% to 20%

wear weight-loss and friction coefficient of the composites are obviously declined

greatly improving wear resistance of the composites. There is different wear mechanisms at different wear stages. Improvement of the wear resistance of the Mg matrix composites is attributed to gradually forming a layer continuous black lubricant film on the wore samples to effectively prevent direct contact of two friction wheel during wear process.
