Abstract

The mechanism of self-developed CO furnace and the whole system technology of diesel oil substituting for CO gas in baking furnace for mold shell were introduced.Baking furnace for mold shell with CO gas can greatly reduce the cost of investment castings

and improve the quality of baked mold shell.The equipment has the advantages of rational structure and better auto-control operation system as well as low investment and excellent benefit.
