Abstract
How to resolve inadequate feeding channel of some conventional parts has been approached by designing casting processing for cone axle Cu sleeve. Five kinds of casting processes for cone axle Cu sleeve were conducted by properly increasing the wall-thickness of the parts based on the solidification simulation method. Practical verification shows that partial wall-thickness-addition for casting mold can not only ensure good ingot quality and low assemble cost
but also obtain convenient operation and short production period.
