根据压铸镁合金铸件浇注系统的设计原则
设计了S111001211cb支架浇注系统
而后利用Flow3D模拟软件进行充型模拟分析
根据模拟结果对其进行了优化设计。共进行了3种浇注系统的模拟分析
并最终确定了最优化浇注系统。此外
还利用模拟结果分析了充型速度对铸件成形性和品质的影响
从而优化了压铸工艺参数
在容易产生缺陷的部位加设溢流槽
可以尽量减少铸件缺陷
提高铸件的品质。
Abstract
The gating system of S11-1001211cb supporter was designed based on the design principle of the gating system for the die casting magnesium alloys. The optimized design was conducted by simulating filling process using the Flow-3D software. The optimized gating system was determined by analyzing simulation effects of three kinds of gating systems. In addition
effects of filling velocity on formality and quality of the supporter were investigated by the computer simulation to optimize processing parameters. The casting defects are reduced as possible to improve the quality of the supporter by setting overflow slot on the potential defect position.
