采用铝钛中间合金和硼盐对ZA27合金进行变质处理
合金的初生相由通常条件下的粗大枝晶变为均匀分布的细小粒状晶体;铸造缺陷也明显减少
在硬度基本保持不变的情况下
合金的塑性明显提高
伸长率由4.0%增加到9.2%。
Abstract
It is discussed in this paper that the ZA27 alloy is modified by Al-Ti alloy together with B salt. the initial phase of ZA27 alloy turns from rough grains into uniformly distributed fine ones; the casting defects were obviously reduced. the modification makes ZA27 alloy plastically increase greatly
the percentage elongation improved from 4.0% to 9.2%
