Abstract
Aiming at die casting die with inclined side direction core-pulling
a mathematical model of core-pulling mechanism suitable for practical production has been established based on fuzzy reliability optimal design
in which optimal level assembly and method of compound shape are adopted. The practical production verifies that the method can not only ensure reliability and safety of the core-pulling mechanism
but also reduce cross-section of pin
