摘要
为解决细长锥管形铸件所需抽芯距离过长和脱模困难的问题
设计了带有特殊抽芯-推出机构的细长锥形套管压铸模。该模具采用斜销-浮动滑块机构
使抽芯的滑块不仅可沿抽芯方向移动
而且可沿推件方向浮动。先由斜销-浮动滑块机构做短距离抽芯
然后推杆沿推件方向推动滑块和型芯
将铸件推离动模。从而大大减小了所需开模行程
降低了设备成本
提高了生产效率。模具结构紧凑
工作可靠
铸件无推痕
成型铸件质量好。分析了套管的工艺特性
详细论述了压铸模的结构设计和工作过程。
Abstract
In order to solve the problems in gracile conical tube casting requiring overlong core-pulling distance and difficult mould-release
a die casting die with a special core-pulling mechanism has been designed. Pin-floating slider mechanism were adopted in the die
which can make the floating slider not only move along the drawing-core direction but also float along the pulling direction. Firstly
pin-floating slider mechanism performed short-distance drawing-core
and then the pulling-mechanism drives the slider and core along pulling castings direction to pull out the castings from the moving container
which greatly reduce mould-opening distance and production cost
and can improve product efficiency. The die can successfully produce the castings with no mark and high quality defects. The processing characteristics of tube was analyzed
and the structure design and operation of die casting die were approached in detail.
