摘要

研究了Al-5Ti-1B晶粒细化剂添加方式和添加量对3102合金铝箔铸轧坯料晶粒大小的影响。结果表明:当Ti含量（质量分数

下同）为0.03%

其中以丝状形式加入量在0.01%以上

其余以块状形式加入时

可得到晶粒尺寸在0.1mm以下、晶粒大小分布均匀的3102铸轧坯料。另外还分析和论述了控制3102铸轧坯料晶粒粗大应采取的操作技术措施和最佳工艺参数。

Abstract

Effects of adding ways and addition of Al-5Ti-B master alloy on grain size of 3102 aluminum foils in casting-rolling process are investigated. The results show that the 3102 aluminum alloy billets with uniformly distributed grain below 0.1mm in size can be prepared by adding Ti content of 0.03%

the other is bulky. The operation and optimized processing parameters of controlling coarse grain in 3102 aluminum billet are approached.
