The liquid combination process of die casting and forging is a new forming method which combines processing property of die casting with that of forging. Under the condition of the same process parameter and with the help of orthogonal test

AZ91D magnesium test samples were produced by the combination process of die casting and forging and the common die casting

respectively T6 method was also employed to treat the test samples. And then

the macroscopic defect of samples was analyzed

the mechanical property of samples was tested respectively. It was indicated that

the macroscopic defect of the test samples produced by the liquid combination process of die and forging was improved greatly. Under the condition of the same process parameter

the tensile strength and extensibility of the test samples produced by the liquid combination process of die and forging

were increased by 84.394% and 101.761% respectively

the tensile strength and extensibility of the test samples treated by T6 were increased by 94.672% and 121.617% respectively.
