Abstract
The microstructure and properties of cemented carbide on the interface of high speed steel by thermal spraying-vacuum powder sintering are investigated. The interface characteristics and bonding strength between coating and high-speed steel substrate
micro-hardness at varied temperatures and wear resistance of high speed steel-cemented carbide composites are analyzed. The results indicate that the cemented carbide coating with 1
3
mm in thickness and 450 MPa in bonding strength and 85 HRA in micro-hardness can be prepared after thermal spraying by vacuum powder sintering at 1 200 ℃
