介绍了MAZDA620活塞重力铸造模具的设计方法与过程。模具的设计、制造过程中运用了计算机辅助技术
进行了浇注过程的计算机模拟。发现浇注成形时可能出现的缺陷
并进行合理的改进。针对在试模过程中所出现的气孔和冷隔缺陷
采取了在相应位置上加装导气塞、将模具温度控制在240℃左右和料温控制在780℃等措施
使得该模具在技术上达到使用要求
得到理想的铸件。
The design of permanent mould for piston in MAZDA620 was introduced. CAE was used in design and manufacturing of the permanent mould
and the filling process was simulated. The rational measures were employed to avoid the possible defects including gas hole and cold shut in the mold
such as assembling airway and properly improving mould temperature and alloy temperature. So the mould can meet the requirements of applied technology
and desirable castings can be produced.
