摘要

研究了强磁场对Fe-49Sn和Cu-40Pb偏晶合金凝固组织的取向作用。研究结果表明

在强磁场作用下

Fe-49Sn和Cu-40Pb偏晶合金都形成具有一定取向的凝固组织。施加10T强磁场后

α-Fe晶体的磁各向异性和α-Fe枝晶的择优取向促使了Fe-49Sn偏晶合金形成沿平行磁场方向取向排列的富Fe相枝晶凝固组织

α-Fe的（110）晶面衍射强度明显增强;在12T强磁场作用下

强磁场对富Pb相小液滴运动及凝固前沿熔体流动的抑制作用

促使Cu-40Pb偏晶合金试样中心形成较长的规则排列的富Pb相棒状组织。

Abstract

The solidification microstructure of Fe-49%Sn and Cu-40wt%Pb monotectic alloys was investigated under a high magnetic field. The results show that some of aligned solidification structure were formed in the alloy of Fe-49%Sn and Cu-40wt%Pb under high magnetic field. In Fe-49%Sn alloy with 10T high magnetic field

the difference of magnetic anisotropy energy in αFe crystal orientations and the preferential growth of αFe dendrites induce the formation of aligned Fe-rich dendrite phase paralleled to the applied high magnetic field

and the diffraction intensity in αFe （110） crystal face is apparently increased. In Cu-40wt%Pb alloy with 12 T high magnetic field

the motion of Pb-rich droplets and the melt flow in the solidifying front was restricted by high magnetic field

that induce the formation of much longer

regularly aligned rod-like Pb-rich phase in the sample center.
