当加入Sn之后
在铸态和热处理态合金中均发现了球形颗粒状的Mg2Sn。对合金力学性能的试验表明
少量的Sn可提高合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度。热处理态下
当Sn含量达到3%时合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到了274MPa和172MPa
但是伸长率下降到9%。拉伸断口的SEM形貌分析表明
加入Sn以后
合金断裂方式由解理断裂向准解理断裂转变。
Abstract
Effects of Sn on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy have been in-vestigated. Microstructural observation indicates that the spheroidal Mg2Sn particle is created in both as-cast and heat treated AZ61 alloy with Sn addition. A few Sn addition can increase the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy. With 3% Sn addition
the tensile strength and yield strength of heat-treated AZ61 alloy can reach 274 MPa and 172 MPa
respectively
while elongation is decreased to 9%. With Sn addition
fracture morphology is transformed from cleavage rupture into quasi-cleavage rupture from SEM observation.
