基于大型非线性有限元分析软件Marc
建立了连续铸轧三维热力耦合的数学模型和物理模型
同时考虑了轧辊的热辊型和力辊型
采用铝高温流变本构关系和接触热阻数值模型
建立了铸轧过程复杂的边界条件和热接触条件
并用fortran语言对Marc进行了二次开发;模拟现场工艺变化规律
采用非均匀入口温度场
仿真得到了轧辊在稳定铸轧状态下的辊型曲线;最后通过现场试验
验证了模型算法和结果的正确性。
Abstract
Based on the large non-linear finite element software MSC.Marc
the three-dimensional thermodynamic coupled mathematical and physical models were built up
in which the thermal profile and the elastic deformation of the roller have been considered. Based on the high-temperature flow change constitutive formula and the thermal contact conductance computation model
the complicated boundary conditions and the heat contact conditions were established to conduct secondary development of the Marc using the Fotran language. The curves of roller’s shape in steady rolling-casting conditions have been mapped in case of uneven inlet temperature filed by visualizing practical production
which is well in agreement with practical result’s.
