摘要
根据铝合金泵轮多达40个叶片、中心有孔、侧面有凹槽的特点
确定了利于脱模与制造的最大截面为分型面
选择了合型力为2500kN的J1125G型卧式冷室压铸机
设计了侧浇道形式的浇注系统和溢流排气系统及多达31个截面呈不同形状的推杆位置。由于圆周上有环形凹槽
所以还设计了二等分环状型芯和2个侧向抽芯机构。
Abstract
Based on the features of more than 40 blades and existence of hole in center and indentation in side in AlSil2Cu pump wheel
maximum cross-section was set as parting surface
which is favorable for die-release and manufacturing
and J1125G horizontal cold chamber presser with closing force of 2500 kN was determined. In the die structure
side-pouring gatingsystem and over-flow-exhausting system as well as 31 ejection pins with various sectional shape have been considered. In addition
two-half ring-core and two side-core-pulling mechanisms have been designed due to the existence of ring-indentation.
