摘要
在Cu-Zr-Cr合金中采用Te元素代替合金中的Cr元素
从而避免了Cr6+可能产生的危害。分别对两种状态的Cu-Zr-Te合金进行时效工艺的研究
并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDM)分析了析出相的形貌和成分
以及时效工艺对合金材料的电性能及力学性能的影响。固溶+冷变形处理后的合金材料
在500℃下保温60min时效处理能使合金的综合性能优异。
Abstract
Te was used to replace Cr in Cu-Zr-Cr alloy to prepare the Cu-Zr-Te alloy
which can avoid the harm of Cr
6+.The morphology and constituent of precipitates in two kinds of aged Cu-Zr-Te alloy have been analyzed by SEM and EDM
and effects of aging treatment on electric performance and mechanical properties of the Cu-Zr-Te alloy have been investigated.The results show that the alloy materials after solid solution and cold-deformation can possess excellent mechanical properties and electrical conductivity with holding time for 60 min at 500 ℃.
