论述了充型时间对压铸件品质的影响。对压铸件所需的压铸机压射功率（压射能量）

运用功率比较和p-Q2图法进行了核算

结果表明P需>P供时

所选压铸机能满足压铸件的工艺要求。

Abstract

Based on practical production

effects of filling time on quality of die castings have been expounded.Power comparison and p-Q2 map were employed to check the injection power of die casting machine.The results show that the die casting machine can meet the technological requirements of production of die casting parts with p-supply less than p-demand.
