Abstract

Based on practical production,effects of filling time on quality of die castings have been expounded.Power comparison and p-Q2 map were employed to check the injection power of die casting machine.The results show that the die casting machine can meet the technological requirements of production of die casting parts with p-supply less than p-demand.
