为铸造生产大型和特大型铸铁机床床身提供了经验。
Abstract
The experience of production of grinder body with 42 tons in weight in full mold(FM)was described
in which no-bake furan resin sand was used to mold and outer-chill was set on the slide-way and exhausted pipe was rationally distributed.The measurements show that grinder body in geometric size
mechanical properties
chemical composition and in hardness of slide-way can meet the requirements of technological parameters
providing a reference for production of large and heavily-large cast-iron machine body in full mold casting.
