摘要
研究了热处理工艺对挤压铸造制备的硅酸铝短纤维增强ZL108合金复合材料组织的影响。试验结果表明
热处理能改善复合材料的显微组织。热处理保温时间适当延长可使得复合材料组织变得细小。另外
热处理温度与制备复合材料的冷却速度增大会导致复合材料热处理后新相组织的产生
这是由于冷却速度的增大导致共晶温度下降引起的。
Abstract
Effects of heat treatment on microstructure of aluminosilicate short fiber reinforced ZL108 composites prepared by squeezing casting have been observed. The results reveal that the heat treatment can improve the microstructure of the composites. With increasing in holding time
the grain size in the microstructure of the composites becomes finer and finer. In addition
the creation of new phase in the heat treated composites can be found with increasing in heat treated temperature and cooling rate
which is attributed to the increase of cooling rate resulting in the decrement of eutectic growth temperature.
