对铸件抗拉强度的影响规律进行了正交试验分析。结果表明
真空压力和铸造压力对抗拉强度具有更显著的影响作用。在此基础上
采用力学性能试验模具
针对型腔真空压力和铸造压力因素进行了系统的工艺试验研究
得出了抗拉强度随型腔真空压力和铸造压力的变化规律
并对这两个工艺参数影响抗拉强度的机理进行了分析。
Abstract
The effects of the vacuum pressure
the casting pressure and the die temperature on the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of die castings were investigated by orthogonalexperiment with a step-shape die casting die.The orthogonal experiment showed that the vacuum pressure and the casting pressure were the most effective process parameters on the UTS of the vacuum die castings.Systematicexperiments were carried out with a mechanical property test die designed according to ASTM standard
the influences of the vacuum pressure and the casting pressure were obtained and the mechanism of the effect of each process parameter on UTS was also discussed.
