因铜合金螺旋桨铸件一般含有Al、Mn、Ni等元素
熔炼时容易吸气
产生气孔缺陷
其产生的原因主要与合金的性质、熔炼过程、铸型的干燥程度等因素有关。通过一些针对性的防范措施
如包中除气、提高烘型温度等
可有效地减少铜合金铸件气孔缺陷的发生。
The gas hole often can be generated in Cu alloy propeller containing Al
Mn
Ni elements due to the formation of absorption-gas during smelting
which is mainly relevant to the alloy composition
smelting process
drying level of mould. The gas-hole in the Cu alloy propeller can be effectively eliminated by some countermeasures
such as degassing in ladle
increasing preheating temperature of mould.
