摘要
研究了铋对硒铋黄铜组织与性能的影响。对组织分析以及拉伸断口观察表明
铋含量对硒铋黄铜铸造性能有明显影响
铋以单质形式分布在α相与β相的相界上;铋的质量分数在1·0%以下时
铋以颗粒状凝固在相界上;当铋的质量分数达到2·0%时
铋以块状凝固于相界上;当铋的质量分数超过2·5%时
出现连续膜。通过热力学分析
探讨了铋的凝固析出机制。
Abstract
Effects of Bi on microstructure and properties of Se-Bi brass have been investigated by microstructural analysis and tensile fracture observation.The results show that single Bi is distributed in the boundary of α phase and β phase
sharply affecting the castability of the Se-Bi brass.Particle Bi phase is distributed on the phase boundary with Bi content less than 1.0%
and the bulky Bi phase is distributed on the boundary with about 2% Bi content
moreover
continuous film occurs in the boundary with Bi content more than 2.5%.The segregation mechanism of Bi was approached based on thermo-kinetics analysis.
