摘要
对比研究了空冷、冷却介质通入量分别为15t/h、13t/h和11t/h时
铸铜冷却壁与其内铸钢管的界面结合状况和结合强度
并借助电子探针分析了内铸钢管、铸铜冷却壁之间的原子扩散状况。结果表明
冷却强度对Cu-Fe界面的结合状态具有重要的影响
冷却强度越大
Cu-Fe界面冶金结合越差。空冷钢管与铸铜冷却壁本体之间的原子互扩散较好
有约100μm的扩散过渡层
形成了良好的冶金结合界面
结合强度达到160MPa以上。
Abstract
Interfacial morphology and bonding strength of cast Cu stave with inner cast steel pipe have been analyzed under the conditions of air and cooling agent with 15 t/h
13 t/h and 11 t/h
and atom diffusion in the interface of Cu stave with inner cast steel pipe has been observed by electron probe machine analysis(EPMA).The results reveal that interfacial bonding of Cu-Fe becomes worse and worse with increasing cooling rate
exhibiting great importance for interfacial morphology.Bonding strength of Cu-Fe can be up to 160 MPa in air as a result of full atom diffusion each other
which creates about 100 μm diffusion zone
to form a desirable metallurgical bonding interface.
