Abstract
The effect of deformation temperature and deformation speed on the limit drawing ratio (LDR) and microstructure of the roll-casting AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet. The limit drawing ratio (LDR) of the roll-casting AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet reaches 2.5 when the deformation temperature is between 250℃ and 300 ℃. Low drawing speed benefits the enhancement of the drawing performance. The microstructure after drawing deformation is mainly twins. With the increasing of the temperature
the recrystallization occurs during the drawing deformation and there are many refine recrystallized grains around the grain boundaries.
