摘要

介绍了气泵压缩机缸盖的三维造型、泡塑模具设计

消失模铸造试验及工艺改进过程。试验表明

根据缸盖泡沫模样分片方案设计出4副成型模具

能制造出密度较低、表面光洁、尺寸稳定的缸盖泡沫模片;采用三个内浇道组成的顶注工艺能够有效地避免狭小空腔处的高温烧结现象。

brushing coating and pouring of T-5011 396 cylinder cover of the Bendix Tu-Flu 500&750 compressor have been expounded. The developing period of the mould can be shortened and the modified ability can be improved by visualizing the product structure and mould design using computer simulation. The cavity in the pattern can be effectively filled with the small bead with good fluidity. The deformation and location-fixed of cylinder cover can be greatly eliminated by means of lost foam casting.
