Abstract
Principle and structure of low rotating duct apparatus for preparing semi-solid slurry have been expounded.Fuzzy control is employed to improve the precision of temperature-control system of the apparatus
in which the structure design and hardware-software schematic of the system are described in detail.The practical application verifies that fuzzy control can improve the temperature-control efficiency of the apparatus
realizing the ideal control for microstructure of semi-solid Al alloy.
