用电铸法制备了Ni-CeO2纳米复合材料
考察了镀液中CeO2纳米颗粒浓度、阴极电流密度、镀液温度对纳米复合材料中CeO2含量及纳米复合材料显微硬度的影响
对纳米复合材料的表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明
制备Ni-CeO2纳米复合材料的最佳工艺条件为纳米颗粒添加量为40g/L
阴极电流密度为4A/dm2
镀液温度为55℃
pH值为3.8;在最佳工艺条件下可得到CeO2质量分数为8.5%的Ni-CeO2纳米复合材料
其表面光滑平整、组织均匀致密
且显微硬度HV达到598
较纯镍有显著提高。
Ni-CeO
2
nano-composites were prepared by an electro-forming method. Effects of CeO
particle concentration in electrolyte
cathode current density and electrolyte temperature on CeO
content in the composites and the micro-hardness of the composites have been investigated
and the surface morphology of the nano-composites has been observed. It is found that the optimized processing parameters for preparing Ni-CeO
nano-composites can be obtained including CeO
particle concentration of 40 g/L
cathode current density of 4 A/dm
and electrolyte temperature of 55 ℃ as well as pH value of 3.8. The nano-composites containing 8.5% CeO
content were prepared with the optimized processing parameters
which have smooth surface morphology and compact microstructure
and exhibit higher micro-hardness than those of the pure Ti
reaching 598 HV.
