研究了不同Fe含量及其Fe相形貌对共晶Al-Si合金(ADC12)组织性能的影响
并利用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析了Fe相的含量、形貌及铸件中Fe等元素的面分布。试验发现
随着Fe含量的上升
铸件的抗拉强度及伸长率逐渐下降;当Fe的质量分数在1·0%左右时
其抗拉强度急剧下降
伸长率也下降很多。在Fe含量高的Al-Si合金中按一定的w(Mn)/w(Fe)比加入Mn
使铁相形貌由针状向块状和“田”字状转变
铸件的抗拉强度提高180%。
Abstract
Effects of content and morphology of iron phase in eutectic Al-Si alloy have been investigated by optical microscope(OM)
universal material testing machine and XRD(X-ray diffusion).The composition and microstructure of iron phase and the distribution of iron element in the alloy have been observed by SEM and energy spectrum analysis.The experimental results reveal that with the increase of Fe content
the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are decreased gradually
in which the tensile strength and elongation are sharply descended with about 1% Fe content.The tensile strength of the alloy containing high Fe content can be improved by 180% with adding Mn to a given Fe/Mn ratio
which is contributed to the transformation of needle-like Fe phase from bulky and Chinese script Fe phase.
