成形温度为590℃
压射速度为5m/s时
A356铝合金触变充型过程
充型平稳
温度场分布均匀
减少了卷气和浇注不足等缺陷
压铸件的整体质量得到提高。
Abstract
Simulation of filling process in semi-solid aluminum alloy A356 bracket thixo-casting was carried out by means of special thixo-forming function module in Any-casting software. Simulated results show that filling process is smooth in thixo-forming process and temperature field is uniformly distributed with pouring temperature at 590 ’C and filling velocity of 5 m/s
which is favorable for decreasing entrapped-gas and misrun and improving the quality of thixo-forming bracket.
