    Abstract

    Influence of annealing on tensile strength and microstructure of AZ91 magnesium alloy was investigated.Experimental results show that the occurrence of static recrystallization in magnesium alloy sheet during annealing can be observed,which begins at annealing of 200 ℃,while its recrystallization temperature of the alloys is in range of 200 ℃ to 250 ℃.The influencing mechanism of annealing temperature and annealing time on the microstructure,grain size,hardness and mechanical properties of the alloy sheet was approached.
