纯Al开始凝固的时间越早;在凝固过程中
压力越大
对应的温度变化速度越快。
Abstract
Numerical simulation of temperature field during Al solidification process under static high pressure has been conducted.A mathematical model of temperature field was established
in which effects of pressure on temperature field during solidification process were considered based on the relationship between pressure and metal point.The simulated results show that the higher the pressure is
the earlier the initial solidification of the pure Al is.The temperature change is increased with the increase in pressure during solidification process.
