利用ProCAST有限元软件
通过对温度场与速度场的耦合数值模拟
对单管强冷制备半固态A356铝合金浆料的工艺进行模拟。通过模拟结果与试验结果的对比
可知模拟结果与试验结果基本一致
从而可以通过模拟对试验提供指导作用
实现单管强冷制备半固态A356铝合金浆料工艺参数的优化。
Abstract
The FEM software ProCAST was applied to the numerical simulation coupling temperature field with velocity field to simulate the technology of semi-sold A356 aluminum alloy pulps which are made by strong cooling with single-tube。Through the comparison of the simulation results and experimental results
we know the simulation results consistent with the experimental results
which can provide guide effects to experiment through simulation
and achieve the optimization of technology parameters of semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy pulps which are made by strong cooling with single-tube。
