摘要
基于连铸生产中实时监测结晶器受热状态的需要
建立了结晶器铜板水平截面的二维热传导模型
提出了基于最小二乘法原理的传热反问题数值计算方法
并在VC++6.0平台下编制了计算程序。程序中利用控制容积法建立离散方程组
采用一维变带宽存储、holesky分解技术
提高了计算速度。通过与商业软件计算结果的对比
证明了二维假设的合理性。对一组实测数据进行分析
验证了算法和程序的可靠性
从而为实现连铸过程监控提供了可借鉴的实用方法。
Abstract
Based on the requirements of real-time monitor for hot-exerted state of mould in continuous casting
a 2D model for horizontal section of mould copper plate was established
in which a numerical algorithm based on the least square method for inverse heat conduction problem was developed. Using above model
the program is written by the VC++6.0 software
where discrete equations were built up by the FVM with varying band width and Cholesky decomposition technique to improve computation speed. The availability of the 2D model has been verified by comparing with calculated results from commercial softwares
and the reliability of algorithm and program was validated by analyzing experimental data
which provided an applicable method to monitor the solidification process by numerical simulation.
