and the core for forming hole-through of the castings was taken as diverter also. The runner was set the inner-wall near towards the die hole

which is favorable for cutting by punching method and dose not affect the size and appearance of the disk. Two stages mold unloading mechanism with the cavity plate and ejector pin controlled by two pendulum bars were designed to avoid the breakage of the disk resulting from the high unloading resistance.
