设计了一种特殊结构的铝合金薄圆盘压铸模
论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用中心浇道
形成铸件通孔的型芯兼作分流锥。浇道开设在靠近孔口的内壁上
以便于用冲裁方法切除
不影响铸件尺寸和外观。为防止因脱模阻力过大而损坏铸件
采用由两个摆杆控制的型腔板-推杆二级脱模机构。模具结构简单紧凑
工作可靠
操作方便
成型铸件质量好。
Abstract
The die casting die with special structure for aluminum alloy thin disk was designed
and the structure features and operating principle of the die were described. The center sprue was adopted in the die
and the core for forming hole-through of the castings was taken as diverter also. The runner was set the inner-wall near towards the die hole
which is favorable for cutting by punching method and dose not affect the size and appearance of the disk. Two stages mold unloading mechanism with the cavity plate and ejector pin controlled by two pendulum bars were designed to avoid the breakage of the disk resulting from the high unloading resistance. The die casting die has the features of simple structure
reliable running performance and convenient operation as well as excellent casting quality.
