J458型低压铸造机是用于生产轿车铝合金整体轮毂铸件的成套技术装备

其中微机液面加压系统压力误差≤0.2%

工艺参数重复性≤3%

保温炉铝液控制温度为680

20℃

模具型腔尺寸精度为±0.1mm

产品合格率达95%以上。

Abstract

J458 type low pressure die casting machine is used to produce whole aluminum alloy wheel for automobile

in which the controlling precision of liquid surface applied-pressure system is lower than 0.2% with the repeating precision lower than 3%

the control precision of holding temperature of liquid aluminum alloy in holding furnace is about 680

20℃

and the dimension precision in cavity of die is± 0.1mm. The qualified rate of the whole aluminum wheel reaches up to 95% using the low pressure die casting machine.
