脱模剂喷涂工艺对于压铸件质量、压铸模具寿命等具有重要的影响。在对脱模剂喷涂工艺进行描述的基础上
采用有限元分析的方法研究了不同喷涂工艺条件下的模具表层温度场及其温度梯度分布。分析结果表明
脉冲喷涂工艺条件下
模具表面温度呈"之"字形下降
且可以降低模具表面的温度梯度
从而对提高模具寿命带来积极的影响。
Abstract
Water based releasing agent is necessary in Al-alloy and Zn-alloy die casting. The die releasing agent spraying technologies have important effects on die casting quality and die life. On the basis of the description of die releasing agent spraying process
the temperature and temperature gradient of die surface were analyzed by means of FEA method. The analysis results showed that the die surface temperature decreased zigzag in pulse spraying with lower temperature gradient. These would be beneficial for die life prolonging.
