摘要

利用华铸CAE商业软件对壁厚不均、尺寸大、凹坑复杂的支撑体金属型铸件充型及凝固过程进行了模拟

基于模拟分析结果

提出了浇注系统和冒口系统的优化方案

并采取特殊结构控制好金属液充型状态

缩短了试模周期

保证了模具质量。

Abstract

The filling and solidification of motor plate with large dimension and uneven wall-thickness as well as complicated cavity were simulated by a CAE commercial software in permanent casting.The optimized design of gating system and riser system was conducted

and the filling of liquid metal was controlled by a special structure on the basis of simulated results

which can shorten the trial-mould period and improve the quality of the mould

reducing the casting cost.
