Production of Planetary Frame with Complex Cavity in Investment Casting
摘要
行星轮架是内腔较复杂的零件
并存在分散热节。采用带抽芯机构的组合压型
制作出了行星轮架整体蜡模。与尿素型芯相比
降低了压型制造成本
与组合蜡模相比
可提高铸件精度;通过采用十字型横浇道
避免了铸件缩孔的产生。
Abstract
The gear planetary frame has complicated configuration and cavity and dispersed hot spot due to uneven thickness.The inner core pulling of The gear planetary frame can be solved by adopting combinative core.Compared with urea core
the process can decrease the costs of mold making and casting;compared with combinative wax pattern
it can improve the accuracy of the castings.The shrinkage hole in the casting can be effectively eliminated by using the cross gating system.
