摘要
针对企业生产中某精铸产品普遍存在的缺陷
采用铸造CAE有限元分析软件Procast对原铸造工艺进行了数值分析
模拟结果显示铸件内部有两处容易产生缩孔、缩松
其位置及大小与实际生产吻合较好。通过对铸件凝固过程的分析
找出了产生缺陷的原因
对原工艺进行了优化
再次进行分析计算
结果显示铸件的凝固顺序得到了改善
内部的缩孔、缩松被消除。新工艺方案的试验结果与模拟结果吻合较好。
Abstract
A set of technology program of Investment casting process was established on the characteristics of complex steel castings
and the reasonableness of the process scheme was analysis by finite element analysis technology. The results showed that within the castings there were two regions easily to produce shrinkage defects
based on the numerical results the solidification process of metal liquid was analyzed
the causes of the defects was identified by the results of the analysis. After optimizing the preliminary process scheme the re-calculated results showed that the internal shrinkage of castings has been eliminated
and a research on the two process schemes have been doing too. The test results agree well with the simulation results.
