摘要
采用3种不同功率的超声波对A356合金熔体进行处理
观察超声波及其功率变化对试样微观组织及其宏观形貌的影响
并进一步分析超声波对这些现象的影响机理。结果发现
超声波功率愈大
树枝晶破碎得愈多
晶粒细化效果也愈好
铝液的结晶组织也就越致密
凝固试样上表面就越平整。
Abstract
Effects of power ultrasonic on microstructure and macro-structure of A356 alloy specimens were observed by treating Al melt with three kinds of power ultrasonic
and the mechanism was described. The results reveal that with the increase of power
the grain size is greatly refined as a result of fully broken of dendrite in the alloy melt
leading to the more compact structure in the alloy melt and the more smooth of the Al alloy specimens.
