模具采用水平4开模
中央主芯垂直向上开模结构;采用开放式浇注系统
内浇道均设在与侧模分型面成45°的位置;铝液的浇注温度设定为680~720℃
预热温度下模为300~350℃
侧模为250~300℃;液面加压装置采用定压力自动控制系统;热处理采用铸态淬火加完全人工时效工艺
从铸件本体大量取样(散热片、筒体、地脚处等)测试
其力学性能均优于国家标准。
Abstract
Aluminum alloy motor enclosure with super-high rotating differential rate has been produced by low pressure casting.Horizontal four opening mould structure and main core vertical upper-opening mould structure were adopted in the mould.In addition
an opening gating system was designed
in which the ingate was set at the position of 45°with side-prating surface.The liquid aluminum alloy was poured at 680~720 ℃ and the lower-mould and side-mould were preheated at 300~350 ℃ and 250~300 ℃
respectively.Constant-pressure automatic control system was employed for liquid surface pressure-applying device
meanwhile
quenching and artificial aging were used.The mechanical properties of the enclosure are obviously superior to those required in the nation standard through above mentioned ways.
