摘要

以硅溶胶型壳熔模精密铸造的工艺过程分析为基础

提出了铸件成本和价格的计算方法。在计算铸件价格时须综合考虑铸件工艺出品率、型壳层数、技术难度、后处理工序和检测试验项目要求等因素。提出了铸件工厂成本的计算公式。

Abstract

Calculation method of cost and price of investment castings was given based on analysis of sol silicate mold shell investment casting process. Factors

including product yield rate

layers of shell mold

technical difficulty

post-treatment process and detecting process

should be comprehensively considered in calculating castings price. The formula for calculating castings cost was given.
