研究的流变挤压工艺是将双螺旋流变制浆技术和常规挤压技术相结合
开发出的一种新型短流程加工工艺。根据材料固液相区宽度
设计出了流变固态挤压和流变直接挤压两种工艺路线。流变固态挤压是热塑性变形过程
AZ31进行流变固态挤压得到的平均晶粒大小约2.1μm
小于常规慢速挤压组织
抗拉强度和屈服强度也明显高于常规挤压。流变直接挤压是半固态浆料的凝固过程
AZ61进行得到的二次凝固组织细小均匀等轴
平均晶粒尺寸约8μm。
Abstract
Rheo-extrusion process
which combines the twin-screw stirring and normal extrusion
is a kind of short flow process.The rheo-solid-extrusion and rheo-direct-extrusion are designed according to the properties of the material.The rheo-solid-extrusion is a hot plastic deformation process
the microstructure of the AZ31 made by this method is very tiny with average grain size 2.1 μm
and its mechanical properities is much higher than that of normal extrusion.Rheo-direct-extrusion is a process of the semisolid slurry solidification
and the microstructure of secondary solidification of AZ61 is equiaxed grains with average grain size of 8 μm.
