Abstract

The present status of die casting industry in Guangdong province was surveyed.The total die casting product volume is 328000 tons in 2006

in which the five enterprises have the capacity of more than 10000 tons production volume.Some leading companies is exploring new developing paths

such as exploiting capital market to expand production scale

exploring out-market and foreign market

changing conventional manufacture mode

and applying new save-energy technologies and so on.The prominent achievement can be obtained based on above-mentioned measures as well as building up green die casting idea

enhancing environmental protection and implementing cleaning production.
