摘要
针对微车转向节系列球铁铸件的壳型铸造生产中
采用中注式浇注系统出现的渣孔、气孔、缩松等问题
增大排气道和浇、冒系统体积
改变铁水进入型腔的方向
选用合适的球化剂、球铁用生铁及辅料
铸件合格率由原来的50%左右提高到85%以上。
Abstract
There exist slag hole
gas hole and shrinkage porosity in nodular iron steering knuckles for micro-car in shell mold casting with middle-pouring gating system.Through enlarging exhausted channel and the size of gating and runner system
adjusting pouring direction of liquid Fe into cavity and selecting proper nodular agent
raw Fe for nodular iron and auxiliary materials
the qualified rate of the castings can be increased from about 50% to more than 85%.
