对AZ91镁合金铸锭进行(410±5)℃×10 h的固溶处理后
在330℃以挤压比为25∶1进行了挤压
研究了其组织和性能。结果表明
挤压AZ91镁合金具有较细的晶粒组织
第二相Mg17Al12被破碎
其分布变得弥散
个别呈流线分布;挤压AZ91镁合金比铸造AZ91镁合金的力学性能有较大提高
其屈服强度为210 MPa
抗拉强度为355 MPa
伸长率为18%。第二相Mg17Al12对镁合金的性能具有重要影响。
Abstract
The microstructure and properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy treated by solid solution at (410±5) ℃ for 10 hours have been investigated by squeezing casting with squeezing ratio of 25∶1 at 330 ℃. The results reveal that the fine grain in the squeezed AZ91 magnesium alloy can be observed
in which the Mg17Al12 phase is dispersively distributed due to its broken state
and some look on stream-flow distribution. Meanwhile
the yield strength
tensile strength and elongation of squeezed casting AZ91 magnesium alloy are 210 MPa
355 MPa and 18%
respectively
which are apparently superior to that of as-cast ones. The second phase Mg17Al12 has the important effects on the mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy.
