摘要
研究了热浸镀纯铝和稀土铝的20碳钢经扩散处理后的扩散层厚度增量随扩散时间的变化
并用电子探针测定了扩散层的稀土分布。对经850℃不同扩散时间处理后的试样测量扩散层厚度增量
将其代入化学热处理的基本经验公式
经一元线性回归处理
证明扩散层厚度增量随扩散时间的变化符合近似的抛物线关系。试验结果表明
稀土渗入了扩散层
并使渗速提高25%~30%
扩散激活能降低了7857·39J/mol。
Abstract
Effects of diffusion time on the depth of diffusion layers in hot dip pure aluminized steel and aluminized steel with RE have been examined
meanwhile
the RE distribution in the diffusion layers has been probed by SEM(scanning electronic microscope) and EPMA(electron probe micro-analyzer).The depth of diffusion layer in the samples with different diffusion time at 850 ℃ was measured
which shows approximately square parabola law between depth of diffusion layer and diffusion time.The experimental results reveal that the RE can penetrate into the diffusion layer and increase the penetrated rate by 25%

0% as well as decreasing diffusion active energy by 7857.39 J/mol.
