    Abstract

    HA coating was prepared on the titanium plate surface with anodic oxidized film by electrophoresis co-deposition, and effects of electrolyte concentration, voltage and time on both anodic oxidation film and morphology of HA coating were examined by XRD and SEM. The results show that Ti oxidation film with fine morphology can be observed with 20% H2SO4 in the bath, voltage of 120V and oxidized time for 10 min. Meanwhile, the HA coating with fine morphology can be prepared with HA content of 15g/L, voltage of 250V and deposition for 3 min.
