该装置在流动性测试的准确度和可重复性上有很大的提高。借助该装置
研究了铝合金浇注温度对流动性的影响
并得出两者之间的对应关系
发现流动性随浇注温度的升高呈非线性增长
最大增幅达16.5 mm/℃。
Abstract
A new apparatus was designed to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of alloy fluidity tested by spiral sample in the sand mould. Through automatic casting mechanism controlled by single-chip-microcomputer
the molten alloy is poured into the spirals at a scheduled temperature and constant pressure head. By the experimental analysis and comparing with the tranditional apparatus
the new apparatus show a great improvement in accuracy and reproducibility. The effects of pouring temperature on fluidity of aluminum alloys have been tested by the new improved apparatus
obtaining the relationship between fluidity and pouring temperature.
