采用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜对喷射成形过喷粉末的形貌及组织进行了研究。结果表明
过喷粉末颗粒尺寸相对比较均匀
以球状、类球状形态存在
并且尺寸越小越圆整。过喷粉末颗粒多以异质形核为主
极少数小颗粒组织为同质形核
无论以何种方式形核
其内部组织均为树枝晶。
Abstract
The morphology and microstructure of powder prepared by spray forming have been observed by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and OM(optical microscope).Observation reveals that the particle in sprayed powder is spherical or near-spherical with uniform distribution
moreover
the smaller the particle size is
the more spherical the morphology is.Major particles are formed by heterogeneous nucleation and the minor particles are formed by homogeneous nucleation.In addition
the microstructure of sprayed powder is dendritic structure.
